We are based at the start of an 11 mile off road Cycle Path, stretching from us in Yatton, to Cheddar. We have a great range of bikes, regular bikes, handcycles, a veloplus wheelchar bike, trikes, adaptive tandems, E-bikes and more. Gentle exercise to music to boost your coordination, posture, and balance. Mary invites you to join this enjoyable, fun and friendly session that will leave you feeling refreshed and rejuvenated!
Flexercise is gentle exercise to music to improve coordination, posture and balance. Alongside exercising our bodies we enjoy time together which promotes overall wellbeing. Aimed at older people 50+ but younger people are welcome.
1 hour, about 3 miles, moderate hills, faster pace, possible stiles. Talking with each other is an important part of our Health Walk, so we’ll try to stick to a pace that makes this possible. A brisk pace is our aim – walking as if we are late for an appointment. Children are welcome, however under 18’s must be accompanied by an adult and must also be registered as a health walker.
