A swimming session aimed for over 60s as well as adults and children with disabilities. It’s a great way to socialise and relax in a pool environment.
A swim session for people with disabilities. Parents and carers are welcome.
Walking football for men and women over the age of 50. Matches usually based on a 7-A-Side format, 25 mins each way. A slower form of football which is great for steady cardio fitness, fun and friendships.
Enjoy the traditional game with no running or sliding tackles - all the fun just at a slower pace! Everyone welcome (Ideal for those aged 50+)
