Walking Netball is a slower version of the game; it is netball, but at a walking pace. Sessions are full of fun, laughter and camaraderie. This low intensity workout is suitable for everyone and will help to improve your general fitness. Particuarly suitable for individuals searching for a low impact workout or individuals new to exercising. 14+
Walking Football – a slower and less intense impact version of football suitable for people who may feel they are too old or don’t have the energy for traditional football. Price is £5 to include a cup a tea or coffee.
