Training session for anyone interested in wheelchair basketball! We will provide chairs so all you need to bring is a drink (preferably water) and dress for physical activity. We are a small, friendly club based at the University of Worcester. We welcome anyone with an interest in the sport, whatever their exerience or expertise.
Fun classes to help improve the physical and mental wellbeing of those living with Multiple Sclerosis (MS). Come and explore your musical creativity, test your balance and improve your posture. You'll be supported by a highly experienced dance health team ad are welcome to bring a friend, partner or carer along to join in too.
