Off-road adaptive cycling sessions for everyone from complete beginners to experienced riders. We have e-assist handcycles for those with the ability to independently use the equipment. A welcoming, gentle and relaxed experience in the pool. Great for people who are simply wanting a quieter low key session to enjoy swimming. All children under the age of 8 must be accompanied by a parent, guardian or responsible adult, aged at least 16 years of age. The parent, guardian or responsible adult must go in the water and maintain direct control and constant watch. One adult can supervise up to two u8s or non-swimmers who must alos be wearing suitable buoyancy aids.

There are two classes available: A Beginner/Intermediate class which lasts for 45 minutes and an Intermediate/Advanced class, which lasts for approximately 1 hour.
