Walking rugby: one of England rugby's non-contact formats of the game! There is no tackling involved… Instead, a touch on the armpit or below are used. Played on a half pitch, participants must be working at all times. This session is available for all skill levels and all abilities. These are social sessions with a low commitment level, meaning you can join us whenever you like!
A contemporary dance class for young people aged 11-13 Years (School years 7-8). This class will develop dancers’ understanding of technical principles. Dancers will develop their movement vocabulary, exploring articulation, alignment, direction and fluidity. We are open to all levels and experience.
A contemporary dance class for young people aged 8-11 years (school years 4-6). This class will introduce young people to Contemporary Dance techniques. Dancers will begin to explore coordination and control through floorwork, travelling, and jumping sequences. We are open to all levels and experience.

Disability and Inclusive Activity Clubs are fun and accessible that provide Paralympic and multi-sports for disabled people. Delivering high quality sports and physical activity provision for the community and offering expert knowledge of disability sport through our fully-qualified sports coaches.
Krome21 deliver a football program (North London United) in partnership with Arsenal FC that provides children and young adults, aged 5 to 30 years, with Down's Syndrome, an opportunity to participate in engaging and inspiring weekly football sessions. 5yrs - 12yrs: 5.00 pm - 5.45 pm 13yrs - 30yrs: 5.45 pm - 6.30 pm Annual Registration £21.00. Athletics training for adults and children (above the age of 8), with intellectual disabilities. We are accredited through Special Olympics Great Britain. Athletes have the opportunity to become fully registered members, which allows them access to local and national competition opportunities. We also enjoy arranging social events!
