Off-road adaptive cycling sessions for everyone from complete beginners to experienced riders. We have e-assist handcycles for those with the ability to independently use the equipment. A fun and friendly exercise class. My FLexercise classes combine strong central core and body strengthening exercises with movement. We focus on developing good posture and correct body alignment and lengthening and strengthening muscle groups to encourage full range of movement giving you improved fitness, energy and strength.
