Track is back! It’s getting colder and darker, so our autumn training will switch to the Little Marlow Athletics track under floodlights. Drills and warm-ups will be followed by a wide variety of running fitness training to support your race goals. There is a small session charge to cover hire and lights. A lane swim for individuals with disabilities or additional needs who may prefer a less crowded session.
Monday evening 7-8pm is for 8-16years only. Monday 8.15-9.15pm is for anyone aged 16years+. Wednesday session 7-9pm is a mixed aged session for anyone 8 years and over. The sessions can also be adapted for wheelchair users.
PLEASE NOTE: If you have never used the toning suite before you are required an induction. Inductions are £11.80 and must be booked over the phone or in site 01472 326875. You are only permitted to use the Toning Suite if you meet a certain criteria which will be authorised by the Fitness Supervisor.
