In-Person: open level yoga class at YogaSpace with Clara. Enjoy slow breath-led movements with meditative space and seated breathwork. The classes will accommodate your level of experience and physical ability, from beginners to experienced. Suitable for those with health limitations too. Come down to Loughborough Rugby Club for some fun in the sun! No experience necessary, all ages and genders welcome to play some non contact walking rugby 7-8pm every Wednesday evening starting on 7th May 2025.
