We are running free arm cycling spin classes at the MoveWell Centre at the University of Birmingham. These classes are for everyone, all abilities welcome! The classes are run every Tuesday at 4pm and Friday at 1pm, starting from the 1st October. The classes will last 45 minutes, and are free to attend! Walking Netball is a slower version of the game; it is netball, but at a walking pace. Sessions are full of fun, laughter and camaraderie. Our Community Club in Wandsworth runs weekly inclusive multi-sport sessions. The club offers a range of inclusive traditional and Paralympic sports including football, basketball, cricket, tennis, boccia and more. Weekly multi-sport activities for disabled people of all ages. Club Lambeth takes place at the heart of disability sport in Lambeth. The session is an ideal time for young people to come after school, but is open to all. Siblings are welcome to join in and parents/carers are encouraged to stay, watch and even take part! A Play Session for children under 12s Booking times are for 60 minutes - 15 minutes for entry and 45 minutes activity time. Supervision ratios apply for children under 8 years. For Trampoline Parks, trampoline specific socks must be worn. This is an inclusive session for people with disabilities.
