Get ready for an adrenaline-pumping experience with our X-treme Air Session at Crook Log Leisure Centre! This high-energy session is designed for thrill-seekers and adventure enthusiasts of all ages. Featuring a variety of large inflatable obstacles, slides, and jumping platforms, X-treme Air provides an exhilarating environment where you can test your agility, balance, and stamina while having a blast. Under 8's must be accompanied by a paying adult.
A dedicated 55-minute session for those over 50+ that is both lane swimming and casual swimming, which also includes those with disabilities that require a quieter session.
PLEASE NOTE: If you have never used the toning suite before you are required an induction. Inductions are £11.80 and must be booked over the phone or in site 01472 326875. You are only permitted to use the Toning Suite if you meet a certain criteria which will be authorised by the Fitness Supervisor.
