You are only permitted to use the Toning Suite if you meet a certain criteria which will be authorised by the Fitness Supervisor.
Wellbeing walks are regular walks which are free and open to all. This group is a friendly and positive bunch and welcome walkers from Wixams and beyond. They have 6 routes in and around Wixams which are all around 2 miles and suitable for all abilities. After the walk they pop into Seasons garden centre cafe for refreshments and a natter. Walking Netball is a slower version of the game; it is netball, but at a walking pace. Sessions are full of fun, laughter and camaraderie. It is not a requirement to register in advance but if you choose not to follow the online registration process we do ask that you email the contact on this page so where possible, they are able to communicate with you should any cancellation occur.
