Walking football is played at walking pace, with players not allowed to run. This includes with the ball or off the ball, and includes jogging. You can ‘walk’ as fast as you want and walking as described in the rules is “one foot must be in contact with the ground at all times'”. Chair-based Aerobics classes are a great way to get you exercising without the fear of falling. Seated exercise is good for mobility function, strength training and social inclusion
PLEASE NOTE: If you have never used the toning suite before you are required an induction. Inductions are £11.80 and must be booked over the phone or in site 01472 326875. You are only permitted to use the Toning Suite if you meet a certain criteria which will be authorised by the Fitness Supervisor.
This session is ideal for those with physical disabilities, mobility issues or long-term health conditions. Using our warmer temperature small pool to provide a calm, gentle environment for swimmers.
