Come and join this weekly Wellbeing Walk along the canal and back by Just Straight Talk, taking place every Thursday afternoon. The meeting place is The Apple Tree Pub, Central Drive, WV14 9EW. These uplifting dance classes focus on posture, strength, co-ordination and balance for people living with Parkinson’s, their family and carers. Classes begin seated, later moving to standing and travelling exercises; adaptations are offered throughout to suit different individuals. Refreshments are provided after the session.

A slower-paced version of the world`s most popular sport, aimed at the over 50's. Smaller pitches and plenty of breaks ensure that participants enjoy a safe and enjoyable return to football. The slower pace doesn't detract from the competition though - it`s much more than just a stroll in the park!
