Our Tai Chi class starts with a gentle warm-up to calm the breathing and mind, and mobilise the body. Angela will guide you through the Tai Chi steps from the front of the hall, talking you through each of the movements. We will learn a new step or revisit and refine one each class, building on the previous movements to flow a sequence together. PLEASE NOTE: If you have never used the toning suite before you are required an induction. Inductions are £12.00 and must be booked over the phone or in site (01472) 326875. You are only permitted to use the Toning Suite if you meet a certain criteria which will be authorised by the Fitness Supervisor.

A low/no impact full body conditioning technique to build strength, flexibility and stability, especially in the deep core muscles back and hips. A technique that is used across the globe for body maintenance, injury prevention, rehab and sporting performance.
Suitable for all levels, these classes cater to individuals with different experience levels and abilities. They focus on improving core strength, flexibility, and overall body awareness. Options are available both in-person and online.

Mixed Ability Pilates - Oldland Community and Youth Building Thursdays 8-9pm Suitable for all ages and abilities, no experience needed. Spaces limited to allow social distancing so must book to attend and bring your own mat. £8 single class or £40 for 6 classes. Zoom option available.
