Our sit-stand joint pain class; for seniors who can't do Pilates! For adults over 50 who can't do floor exercises and want to manage joint pain while improving strength, balance and mobility. This friendly community class offers expert guidance, scalable exercises and one-on-one support through gentle, effective exercises designed to help you move with confidence and comfort.
The classes are suitable for older adults who haven’t exercised before or who have started to experience a decline in their physical ability. There are two classes available: A Beginner/Intermediate class which lasts for 45 minutes and an Intermediate/Advanced class, which lasts for approximately 1 hour. Walking Netball is a slower version of the game; it is netball, but at a walking pace. Sessions are full of fun, laughter and camaraderie.
