Join Helen for this easy going tai chi and qigong session. The class takes place on the ground floor and it is accessible for wheelchairs. The sessions can be enjoyed standing and seated. We encourage people to go at their own pace and rest as they feel. Please wear comfortable clothes and shoes. You do not need a mat or special clothing. Mixed ability walk up to 90 minutes about 3 to 5 miles depending on ability of walkers who turn up. Moderate to steep hills, faster pace and possible stiles. If this is your first Health Walk, please arrive 10-15 minutes before the start so you can listen to a pre walk briefing.
