Polkyth Walk As you arrive please make yourself known to any of the walk leaders who will be wearing a hi vis vest. The walk is a friendly, community based group organised by the Social Prescribing team at St Austell Healthcare. Get moving and socialising at our adult dance workshops. BEEE Creative will lead FREE, fun, creative movement workshops for all abilities, providing a gentle physical and mental workout! Suitable for older adults but all ages welcome and no experience necessary. Each session will include movement games, taught dance routines and some creative activity. All sessions include work for strengthening, flexibility and balance.
