Welcome to our walking group (or wandering group). This is for anyone who likes a walk, a little adventure, good company and cake! We welcome those injured and awaiting that green light to get running again, group runners who fancy a change of pace, new members who would like to meet us before coming for a run and those looking to build up some fitness ahead of a couch to 5k. Get ready for an adrenaline-pumping experience with our X-treme Air Session at Crook Log Leisure Centre! This high-energy session is designed for thrill-seekers and adventure enthusiasts of all ages. Featuring a variety of large inflatable obstacles, slides, and jumping platforms, X-treme Air provides an exhilarating environment where you can test your agility, balance, and stamina while having a blast. Under 8's must be accompanied by a paying adult.
PLEASE NOTE: If you have never used the toning suite before you are required an induction. Inductions are £11.80 and must be booked over the phone or in site 01472 326875. You are only permitted to use the Toning Suite if you meet a certain criteria which will be authorised by the Fitness Supervisor.

A swim session for people with disabilities. Parents and carers are welcome.
Each paying ticket admits one carer free of charge. Supervision ratios apply for children under 8. These are: children 18M – 4Y = 1 full paying adult – 1 child. Children 5 – 7 Y = 1 full paying adult bouncing – 10 children. Over 8’s – No ratios apply. Trampoline socks must be worn.
