Walking Netball is a slower version of the game; it is netball, but at a walking pace. Sessions are full of fun, laughter and camaraderie. In-Person: open level yoga class at YogaSpace with Clara. Enjoy slow, dynamic breath-led movements with meditative space and seated breathwork. The classes will accommodate your ability, from beginners to experienced. Suitable for those with health limitations too. Please do get in touch if you want to check if this class is for you.
Track is back! It’s getting colder and darker, so our autumn training will switch to the Little Marlow Athletics track under floodlights. Drills and warm-ups will be followed by a wide variety of running fitness training to support your race goals. There is a small session charge to cover hire and lights. Monday evening 7-8pm is for 8-16years only. Monday 8.15-9.15pm is for anyone aged 16years+. Wednesday session 7-9pm is a mixed aged session for anyone 8 years and over. The sessions can also be adapted for wheelchair users.
Come down to Loughborough Rugby Club for some fun in the sun! No experience necessary, all ages and genders welcome to play some non contact walking rugby 7-8pm every Wednesday evening starting on 7th May 2025.
PLEASE NOTE: If you have never used the toning suite before you are required an induction. Inductions are £11.80 and must be booked over the phone or in site 01472 326875. You are only permitted to use the Toning Suite if you meet a certain criteria which will be authorised by the Fitness Supervisor.
