A chair based workout which is fun all the way. The chair allows a stable support whilst you are doing your class. Exercises are based around lifting the heart rate, strengthening and stretching your muscles. All done with the support of a chair.
Yoga is an ancient form of exercise that focuses on strength, flexibility and breathing. Techniques that focus on mind, body and sport help boost physical and mental wellbeing.
access for this session is for people with a disability, carers can swim free of charge in this session.
Why not try something different and try to walk on water inside a giant ball. You can go in fully clothed and you don’t even get wet.
PLEASE NOTE: If you have never used the toning suite before you are required an induction. Inductions are £11.80 and must be booked over the phone or in site (01472) 326875. You are only permitted to use the Toning Suite if you meet a certain criteria which will be authorised by the Fitness Supervisor.
Wellbeing Walks are short walks, run by friendly, specially trained volunteer walk leaders, who are on hand to provide encouragement and support. All walks are free of charge and are open to everyone – you don’t need to preregister, just come along and join us. The routes start and finish at the same location as advertised, and last between 30 and 90 minutes. Grampian Inclusive Cycling Bothies (GICB) is a 3-year lottery funded project to make cycling more accessible in Grampian.
