Suitable for recovery from injury or managing a musculoskeletal condition as well as general wellbeing. Chair-based Aerobics classes are a great way to get you exercising without the fear of falling. Seated exercise is good for mobility function, strength training and social inclusion

Boot camp workouts can vary. They generally include a fairly intense mix of aerobic, strength training and speed elements within each class session.
