Junior Physical Disability Rugby League (PDRL) sessions, specifically designed for young people with physical disabilities, provide a safe and inclusive environment where participants can develop rugby skills, improve fitness, and enjoy the camaraderie of team sports. With modified rules to accommodate different abilities, the sessions focus on skill development, confidence building, and the enjoyment of playing rugby alongside peers.
Every week we combine physical activity with helping out the community. We jog, cycle or walk to places such as the Foodbank, Colchester Borough Homes, Colchester in Bloom and litter picks having a lot of fun and raising our heart rate at your own level.π We also organise social events and volunteer at festivals and running events and compete in races.
A swim session for people with disabilities. Parents and carers are welcome.
Guided trail walk with hills (pacey!) for any ability to build fitness through walking. Please come in running clothes/trail shoes or walking boots and bring layers and water. We are a community running group that meets at 6:50pm every Tuesday for a 7pm run. We welcome everybody from seasoned runners to those just starting out and promise never to leave anybody behind.
