These swim sessions are generally quieter and so may be more suitable for children living with SEND, neurodivergence and/or other long term health conditions. All under 8s must attend with an adult (18+), 1 adult for every 2 under 8s.

Quiet Swim – Enjoy a calm and relaxing swimming session in a peaceful environment. This session is conducted without background music, allowing swimmers to focus on their strokes, unwind, and enjoy the water at a gentle pace. Suitable for all ages and abilities seeking a quieter swim experience.
