A slower version of the game, it`s still netball, but played at a walking pace. The game has been designed so that anyone can play it, regardless of fitness level and sessions are taken by a trained activator. Don’t worry if you have forgotten the rules, as they will be able to help you on your way to getting back into the sport you love.

Just like a regular yoga class practise. Chair yoga increases flexibility, strength and awareness. The class also includes pranayama breathing techniques and meditation to promote focus, mental clarity and relaxation.
This SEND session is designed to provide a quieter atmosphere and operate at a reduced capacity, ensuring a more comfortable and supportive environment for those with special needs and disabilities. Please note one adult admits one child also.
