A slower-paced version of the world`s most popular sport, aimed at the over 50's. Smaller pitches and plenty of breaks ensure that participants enjoy a safe and enjoyable return to football. The slower pace doesn't detract from the competition though - it`s much more than just a stroll in the park!
Seated Yoga is a wonderful way to keep fit. Incorporating flowing, effective movements with breath work and mindfulness you will leave feeling stretched, renewed and toned. Beds RCC co-ordinates Wellbeing Walks walk programmes throughout Central Bedfordshire and Bedford Borough. Our walks are free, fun and friendly – perfect to help you get active and meet new people. If you’d like to take part all you have to do is come along to the start point and make yourself known to one of the trained walk leaders. Wellbeing walks are regular walks which are free and open to all. Walks are led on three days in Leighton Buzzard.
