  This is a walk for those who are managing a long term health condition.   The session comprises of a walking route that can be inland, or along the coast at Goring. There will be rest stops, and the pace regulated to accommodate all those attending on the day. A faster paced Nordic Walk suitable for those wishing to increase their fitness levels. (Gear 2 with bursts of Gear 3) There are spectacular views from Cheesefoot head to the village of Chilcomb with its picturesque church.
