This low intensity circuit class is suitable for everyone and will help improve your general fitness, work around a number of circuits replicating some gym based exercises. 14+
Suitable for all levels. A restful, calming class incorporating different aspects of yoga. This slightly longer class (90 minutes) allows time to explore postures, relaxation, breathing and meditation. A perfect beginner's class that is also appropriate for those working with injury, limited mobility or who prefer a softer, gentler approach to yoga. Age 14+.

Seated exercise is a chair based exercise to music class, which is suitable for all levels.
