A seated version of our popular Tai Chi class. Studies have shown that regularly practising this Chinese martial art benefits seniors in several ways; it can improve flexibility, reduce symptoms of arthritis, effectively reduce stress and provide overall pain relief. It is a great choice if you are looking to improve your overall wellbeing.

This is a gentle class and ideal for beginners. Yoga is a great exercise for the body and mind as it improves strength, balance, flexibility and reduces levels of stress. It can also ease pain and improve mobility for people with lower back issues; as well as ease discomfort from tender, swollen joints for people with arthritis.
Join us on Thursday afternoons and very soon you’ll know the difference between the two-step and the Cowboy Cha Cha! Not only is line dancing a huge amount of fun, it is also great for your physical and mental wellbeing, Come along and give it a go. Cowboy boots optional! 4:00pm - 5:30pm £6.50 per session
Keep Fit and Socialise at our Legs, Bums and Tums class every Friday 9:30am to 10.30am. Please bring your own mat. £6.50 per session
Level Water provide 1:1 and adapted swimming lessons to ensure every child has the opportunity to learn to swim and develop a lifelong love of the water. In addition to our regular lesson slots of 16:00 - 19:00 Monday to Friday, and 09:00 - 12:00 on Saturdays, we can also deliver lessons on a wider variety of days and times to suit your requirements. Welcome to our walking group (or wandering group). This is for anyone who likes a walk, a little adventure, good company and cake! We welcome those injured and awaiting that green light to get running again, group runners who fancy a change of pace, new members who would like to meet us before coming for a run and those looking to build up some fitness ahead of a couch to 5k. Essentially we welcome anyone with or without ambition to run! Run locations vary so check out the different location...
Walking Tennis is safe, fun and inclusive and a fantastic way to stay active! It’s a game that’s open to anyone - whether you’re a lifelong tennis player, a complete beginner or just need a bit more time to get into the swing of things, you can give the game a go in a friendly, supportive setting. Sessions cost £6 which include refreshments.
There will be a selection of club owns sports wheelchairs that public can try and also there will be some experienced players that can pass on knowledge so that new players can get an understanding of the positive aspects of wheelchair basketball.
