Welcome to our walking group (or wandering group). This is for anyone who likes a walk, a little adventure, good company and cake! We welcome those injured and awaiting that green light to get running again, group runners who fancy a change of pace, new members who would like to meet us before coming for a run and those looking to build up some fitness ahead of a couch to 5k. There will be a selection of club owns sports wheelchairs that public can try and also there will be some experienced players that can pass on knowledge so that new players can get an understanding of the positive aspects of wheelchair basketball.

Monday night club run. Our sessions are designed to suit all abilities. We run in groups according to ability with different paces and ability. We offer a 3K, 5K and 8K route Please note that some runs may be suitable for children aged 8+ where the Run Leader(s) holds the relevant qualifications and insurance.
