ParalympicsGB are looking for an agency to co-produce a modern, accessible, and user-friendly suite of websites beginning with Every Body Moves - a ParalympicsGB programme - connecting the disabled community to accessible ways of getting and staying physically active. This project centres on the lived experience of users, ensuring the site meets their needs now and well into the future.

The brief

The brief below outlines the necessary support for the ongoing maintenance and development of the Every Body Moves website. This strategic project aims to future-proof the platform, providing a best-in-class experience through a mobile-first design that simplifies functionality, modernises the interface, embraces AI and new technologies, and enhances the user experience for both activity seekers and organisers of sessions. Our goal is a rebuilt website with updated features, optimised user journeys, and a more streamlined structure. We seek proposals for ongoing post-launch support through a monthly retainer or Value in Kind (VIK) arrangement to keep the site performing and adaptable.
