These sessions aim to improve skills, techniques and all round knowledge of the game, as well as developing players agility, balance and coordination.The sessions will vary from fun football games, technical sessions and small sided games. All abilities welcome and all impairments catered for.

We are a pan disability football team in Watford. We have over 50 players registered with over 35 attending weekly football training sessions. Training is split on age and ability so everyone is able to take part.
