Fun Disability Football Sessions
Outdoor education Fife offers opportunities for all to experience fun, adventurous outdoor activities.
This is a one hour walk in a beautiful country park with the occasional hill challenge. We can cater for different levels of abilities, Leisure strollers, Medium / fast and Power walkers.
Our Broomfield Park walk is one hour and is led by two qualified walk leaders / exercise teachers.
The Pymmes park walk takes place in a Town park every Friday and there is an option of a 30 min or 1 hour walk, this is then followed by optional cool down exercises and stretches.Refreshments are then served after the walk at the visitors centre.
