Claire’s classes are welcoming and aimed at having a dance experience. Inspired by classical and contemporary dance repertoire – from the romatic Les Sylphides, to the modern day Nutcracker. Carers are welcome to join in or observe with a cup of tea or coffee. This class is aimed at anyone who loves to move but cannot access a full class, whether you have a medical diagnosis such as dementia or Parkinson’s, or have a learning or physical disability that restricts how comfortable you feel joining...

An elegant adult ballet-inspired exercise class, designed especially for active seniors who want to gently mobilise and socialise, improve their balance, strength and stay active. No dance background is needed. Taster Class: Date: Tuesday, 17th September Time: 2:30 - 3:15 pm Location: Kingsbridge Care Hub Cost: £6.50 After your taster class, regular classes will be £6.50 each. You will book your block of classes directly with me. More information will be provided on the day of the taster class.
