Walking netball is played at walking pace, with players not allowed to run. This includes with the ball or off the ball, and includes jogging. You can ‘walk’ as fast as you want and walking as described in the rules is “one foot must be in contact with the ground at all times'”.
A supervised exercise session in the gym or a supervised circuit session with a qualified cardiac instructor to provide you with coaching and reassurance during the session. PLEASE NOTE: If you have never used the toning suite before you are required an induction. Inductions are £12.00 and must be booked over the phone or in site (01472) 326875. You are only permitted to use the Toning Suite if you meet a certain criteria which will be authorised by the Fitness Supervisor.

Our shortest walk, 20-30 minutes, flat and even ground, gentle pace, no stiles, regular stopping places. If this is your first Health Walk, please arrive 10-15 minutes before the start so you can listen to a pre walk briefing. You don't need any special equipment but be sure to dress for the weather and wear sturdy shoes and bring a bottle of water.
