Embark on a scenic circular walk from Adisham to the historic Barham Downs and North Downs! Starting in the picturesque village of Adisham, we’ll wander along peaceful countryside trails, passing Adisham's 12th-century Norman church and ancient woodlands.
This session is perfect for folks graduating from the C25K program, those coming back to running after an injury, or runners who can complete a 5k but want to do it at an easier pace or combine it with our step-up session for a longer distance. We use the 'Jeff' method of run/walk at a 45:30 ratio. Please note that some runs may be suitable for children aged 8+ where the Run Leader(s) holds the relevant qualifications and insurance.
