Suitable all the way through your pregnancy and helps with managing a pregnancy-related musculoskeletal condition as well as general wellbeing. A gentle swim session for those wanting to help increase mobility and talk to other people in a similar situation. Members join the swimming club for free and each session is £3pp, assisting carers are free. To join you must be registered disabled, recovering from an injury, or referred by a doctor or physiotherapist. Our group not only helps physical challenges, but more importantly is a great way to help tips and advice from other people.

Having done a Get into Nordic Walking session, join these weekly hour long sessions to help develop fitness and endurance

Walking netball is played at walking pace, with players not allowed to run. This includes with the ball or off the ball, and includes jogging. You can ‘walk’ as fast as you want and walking as described in the rules is “one foot must be in contact with the ground at all times'”.

Wellbeing Walks are short walks, run by friendly, specially trained volunteer walk leaders, who are on hand to provide encouragement and support. All walks are free of charge and are open to everyone – you don’t need to preregister, just come along and join us. The routes start and finish at the same location as advertised, and last between 30 and 90 minutes.
