STUDIO - Harness the power of the seasons to balance and energise our entire being. For every season there is a different approach for the asana practice aligned with elements characteristic of each season. These movements are coupled with meditation, breathing and relaxation techniques. This class is open to all, including beginners.
PLEASE NOTE: If you have never used the toning suite before you are required an induction. Inductions are £11.80 and must be booked over the phone or in site (01472) 326875. You are only permitted to use the Toning Suite if you meet a certain criteria which will be authorised by the Fitness Supervisor.
Who can JoinOur Zumba session is open to individuals of all genders aged 13 and above (ages 13-17 with guardian). We welcome participants with various additional support needs, including hearing impairment, learning impairment, visual impairment, and mental health issues. A dedicated 55-minute session for those over 50+ that is both lane swimming and casual swimming, which also includes those with disabilities that require a quieter session.
