Our purpose is to provide people of all ages with learning difficulties and physical disabilities with access to horse riding and in some cases carriage driving in order to promote mental and physical health, learning, and general wellbeing. The same great fun, in a quieter setting for those who need a little less noise
Sessions for adults to swim socially, no lanes. These sessions are generally quieter and so may be more suitable for those living with dementia, neurodivergence and/or other long term health conditions
Our Skill X classes are based on developing athletic performance using a balanced training format scientifically proven to increase physical capacities. All workouts are designed to supercharge your Power, Agility, Speed, and Stamina, all within a short 45-minute session.
