This Hatha class is designed to ease you into the week, we can provide you with whatever modifications and props you need so that you can enjoy a full yoga experience. Swimming is an low-impact workout that works the whole body. It can help build cardiovascular fitness, stamina and strength.

A dedicated 55-minute session for those over 50+ that is both lane swimming and casual swimming, which also includes those with disabilities that require a quieter session.

PLEASE NOTE: If you have never used the toning suite before you are required an induction. Inductions are £11.80 and must be booked over the phone or in site 01472 326875. You are only permitted to use the Toning Suite if you meet a certain criteria which will be authorised by the Fitness Supervisor.
