Learn to reconnect, trust your body’s movements and feel at peace. With a focus on breath work and the flow of movement to help strengthen and mobilise your entire body.A gentle but effective class open to anybody that would like to move freely again but not sure where to start.
A mindful 60 minute practice which will include movement, stillness, breath work and relaxation. This class will be suitable for you if: You cannot get down to and up from the floor; You cannot stand, or need support standing; You have a long term medical condition or physical limitations (eg MS, chronic fatigue, COPD, arthritis); You are awaiting surgery or recovering from surgery; All sorts of other conditions - please call Lucy to discuss.

A lane for swimmers who are comfortable swimming at a fast and consistent pace i.e. under 30 seconds per 25 metres
PLEASE NOTE: If you have never used the toning suite before you are required an induction. Inductions are £11.80 and must be booked over the phone or in site 01472 326875. You are only permitted to use the Toning Suite if you meet a certain criteria which will be authorised by the Fitness Supervisor.
