Off-road adaptive cycling sessions for everyone from complete beginners to experienced riders. We have e-assist handcycles for those with the ability to independently use the equipment. Each booking is for 1 child and 1 adult. Children (including siblings) who are outside the specified age for this class are not permitted. The only exception is for babies (pre-walking) who can accompany the parent/guardian and the booked child. Doors close 10 minutes after the class has started.

Usually an easy run/walk of maybe 3 - 4 km, working towards 5 km jogging. For beginners, returners, and those who simply want a shorter run. Please note that some runs may be suitable for children aged 8+ where the Run Leader(s) holds the relevant qualifications and insurance.
