Walking Netball is a slower version of the game; it is netball, but at a walking pace. Sessions are full of fun, laughter and camaraderie. Aims of the session: - Create a fun and friendly environment where young girls can start their journey in to football - Beginners and more experienced players can develop their technical and social skills - Female led coaching.
PLEASE NOTE: If you have never used the toning suite before you are required an induction. Inductions are £11.80 and must be booked over the phone or in site 01472 326875. You are only permitted to use the Toning Suite if you meet a certain criteria which will be authorised by the Fitness Supervisor.
Walking Football sessions for men. For those who still want to play football but at a slower pace. Please come and watch or give it a go. We are a friendly bunch and enjoy the game and going out every couple of months for a drink or dinner.

Free and accessible non-contact boxing, particularly for adults with reduced mobility. Friendly and welcoming atmosphere.
Walks for Wellbeing offer supported, guided walks that are accessible to all. They offer an opportunity to get out in nature, meet and chat with new people, whilst getting some gentle exercise. The walk starts at Chanterelle Car park Highwoods at 11am and we have various routes in green spaces. All our walks are FREE and last for around 60 mins to 75 mins.
