A slower-paced version of the world`s most popular sport, aimed at the over 50's. Smaller pitches and plenty of breaks ensure that participants enjoy a safe and enjoyable return to football. The slower pace doesn't detract from the competition though - it`s much more than just a stroll in the park!

Outdoor walking session using Nordic walking poles for those who have been referred by their G.P
This session enables runners of varying abilities to work to their individual level of fitness. Due to the nature of the session, we work within a smaller area, so all runners are able to run without the pressure of having to keep up with others, nor feel that they are underachieving . Walk & Talk - With a strong focus on social and mental wellness, and enjoying the beautiful nature that surrounds us. These swim sessions are generally quieter and so may be more suitable for children living with SEND, neurodivergence and/or other long term health conditions. All under 8s must attend with an adult (18+), 1 adult for every 2 under 8s.
