We currently run a Children's Pan Disability football session on Sunday Mornings for anyone with additional needs, and are starting a new weekday session on Monday evenings from late September 2024. We also run Walking football sessions for over 50's and will be starting an over 70';s version this autumn.

We are based at the start of an 11 mile off road Cycle Path, stretching from us in Yatton, to Cheddar. We have a great range of bikes, regular bikes, handcycles, a veloplus wheelchar bike, trikes, adaptive tandems, E-bikes and more. Walking Netball is a slower version of the game; it is netball, but at a walking pace. Sessions are full of fun, laughter and camaraderie. A low impact easy on the joints walking workout. During this class the focus is to get your daily step count up while using some light weights to sculpt and strengthen.

We run a fun, friendly and inclusive wheelchair rugby session. We train on Sunday mornings 10.30 – 12.30 at Brighton University Sports Centre, just behind the Amex Stadium in Falmer. We welcome new players with a physical disability– no previous experience required – and we can provide all the necessary equipment including specialist sports rugby wheelchairs.

PLEASE NOTE: If you have never used the toning suite before you are required an induction. Inductions are £12.00 and must be booked over the phone or in site (01472) 326875.
