This class is a slow paced and relaxed way for beginners to introduce themselves to Pilates, for those who are returning after an injury or anyone who needs a light Pilates session. These sessions will ultimately help you to get out of back pain and get you moving better, feeling better and living better.

PLEASE NOTE: If you have never used the toning suite before you are required an induction. Inductions are £11.80 and must be booked over the phone or in site (01472) 326875. You are only permitted to use the Toning Suite if you meet a certain criteria which will be authorised by the Fitness Supervisor.
Thursday Night Training
Join us for an action-packed session of Walking Rugby every Thursday evening at Birmingham Moseley Rugby Club. 5.30-6.30pm. No experience of rugby needed. We start with a warm up, ball handling skill drills, fun games followed by a competitive, but fun game.
