I love chair based dance - it's a fun way of getting fit whilst sitting down. We dance whilst sitting on a chair to some great tunes, most of which you'll know and you can sing along too. Work at your own pace, just tap your toes, clap your hands and we're dancing! Walking Netball is a slower version of the game; it is netball, but at a walking pace. Sessions are full of fun, laughter and camaraderie. A swimming session aimed for over 60s as well as adults and children with disabilities. It’s a great way to socialise and relax in a pool environment.
A chair based workout which is fun all the way. The chair allows a stable support whilst you are doing your class. Exercises are based around lifting the heart rate, strengthening and stretching your muscles. All done with the support of a chair.
The Accessible Swim Session is designed to help disabled and less-abled swimmers to build on their water confidence and swimming technique. Available to to all users in a friendly and supportive environment. Pool hoist available if required.
