The Accessible Swim Session is designed to help disabled and less-abled swimmers to build on their water confidence and swimming technique. Available to to all users in a friendly and supportive environment. Pool hoist available if required.
A Pilates class which is suitable for older adults and beginners. It involves standing seated and floor exercises and with lots of options to cater for people’s differing needs. The class aims to gently stretch and strengthen to improve posture and balance.
Indoor Bowls is social game and offers a way to meet new people and make friends. One of the attractions of indoor bowling is that it can be played all year round (never mind the UK rain or the hot sunshine!) and by all ages, both men & women, juniors and seniors. Walking Netball is a slower version of the game; it is netball, but at a walking pace. Sessions are full of fun, laughter and camaraderie. It is not a requirement to register in advance but if you choose not to follow the online registration process we do ask that you email the contact on this page so where possible, they are able to communicate with you should any cancellation occur.
