Mixed ability. Equipment class using the Pilates Reformer, Cadillac Tower and Pilates Chair. This class uses the fundamentals of Pilates (improved posture, stability, flexibility and strength) and incorporates these into a higher intensity session using the Pilates equipment and small weights to strengthen, stretch and tone giving you that fabulous Pilates body – we may get a little sweaty in this class too!
BEGINNERS WELCOME Whether you're looking to improve your mobility, flexibility and strength, or learn some techniques to calm your mind and find focus, or if you're looking for some time for YOU - yoga can help. This friendly and inclusive class is suitable for beginners and those with more experience. Bring your own mat for the standard class price or hire a mat for an extra £2.00. Taking place at Bagshot Pavilion, this class is suitable for those who have done some Pilates before. The class will include exercises with options to work at different levels, meaning you can work at an easier level if you're newer to Pilates and at a more intermediate level if you've been doing Pilates for a while. This is a mat based class and may include the use of small equipment, which will be provided.
