This is a free, weekly Badminton session delivered at Woking Leisure Centre every Wednesday from 2:00pm to 3:00pm by Jay!This session is free to attend and open to all abilities (even if you have never played before!). A 45 minute open gym session where the music is lowered. Parents are allowed to come and train with there newborn/children if they are in a car seat or pushchair.
Walking Netball is a slower version of the game; it is netball, but at a walking pace. Sessions are full of fun, laughter and camaraderie. Our sports coaches are specially trained to deal with our members who have wide range of additional support needs. Our session allows people aged 12 and over to enjoy table tennis and boccia in a safe, supportive environment.
Fun Fizzicle is a mixture or free play and organised fun and games designed to occupy children with additional needs whilst their parents/carers relax in our cafe. Parents are also welcome to join in with the activities.
