PLEASE NOTE: If you have never used the toning suite before you are required an induction. Inductions are £11.80 and must be booked over the phone or in site 01472 326875. You are only permitted to use the Toning Suite if you meet a certain criteria which will be authorised by the Fitness Supervisor.

The classes are suitable for older adults who haven’t exercised before or who have started to experience a decline in their physical ability. There are two classes available: A Beginner/Intermediate class which lasts for 45 minutes and an Intermediate/Advanced class, which lasts for approximately 1 hour. 30 to 40 minutes on flat wide paths, no hills. Gentle pace. Children are welcome, however under 18’s must be accompanied by an adult and must also be registered as a health walker.
Walking Netball is a friendly and inclusive programme. It's netball but at a walking pace where rules are slightly tweaked. It has been designed so anyone can play regardless of age or fitness level.

This is walk, 20 - 30 minutes, flat and even ground, gentle hill, gentle pace, no stiles, regular stopping places. It is a gentle walk for beginners and ideal for people who are returning to physical activity after injury or illness or who haven't been active in a while.
