A Gentle and safe way to walk yourself fitter! These walks use poles to improve general fitness and increase joint mobility. Suitable for those who want to gently build up to the longer or more vigorous walks or for those who may have concerns about their health. A fun and engaging Trampoline course adapted to be inclusive for all. Led by a fully qualified coach. Please contact your local Centre for accessibility information.
Supervising adults free of charge. Strictly NO food, water only - please be careful. Maximum age 10yrs.
A bookable, calm, quiet pool time to support building a relationship with the water. Suitable for swimmers with a disability and their supporters.
PLEASE NOTE: If you have never used the toning suite before you are required an induction. Inductions are £11.80 and must be booked over the phone or in site (01472) 326875. You are only permitted to use the Toning Suite if you meet a certain criteria which will be authorised by the Fitness Supervisor.
The Paddle and Play sessions are open to individuals, families and groups of friends who wish to hire or launch sit on top kayaks, open canoes, and paddleboards. They are not Instructor led sessions. Sessions run on a Tuesday evening 6pm – 7.30pm, Saturday morning 10am – 11.30am and from June Saturday afternoon 12.30pm – 2pm. They must be pre booked, you cannot participate without a pre-booking.
